He acted in Leonard Spigelglass's play, "A Majority of One," in a Theatre Guild production at the Hanna Theatre in Cleveland, Ohio with Gertrude Berg, Cedric Hardwicke, Berta Gersten, Joyce Flynn, John Malcolm, Kanna Ishii, and Arsenio Trinidad in the cast. Donald Oenslager was set designer. Motley was costume designer. Dore Schary was director and producer.
