Lurid, But Interesting

A family's troubles are even made more glaring after the matriarch of the family is murdered. Suspicion is placed on her husband (Lloyd Bridges), especially after it's discovered that he has a girlfriend on the side. His policemen son (Beau Bridges) finds himself up against the small town they live in as he investigates. There is also a long standing rivalry bubbling under the surface between the cop and his brother. This is another Bridges family affair, complete with flashbacks that include real-life home movies of the family.
