      Throughout the series ships' crews wore their covers, whether they be ball caps or dress covers, while aboard ship. Navy regulations require covers to be removed by all personnel while inside a ship or a building. On a carrier when out at sea, indoors or out, covers are removed. If a cover flew off on the flight deck it could damage the engine of an aircraft.

      Narrator: Following in his father's footsteps as a Naval aviator, Lieutenant Commander Harmon Rabb Jr. suffered a crash while landing his Tomcat on a storm-tossed carrier at sea. Diagnosed with night blindness, Harm transferred to the Navy's Judge Advocate General Corps, which investigates, defends and prosecutes the law of the sea. There, with fellow JAG lawyer Major Sarah MacKenzie, he now fights in and out of the courtroom with the same daring and tenacity that made him a top gun in the air.

    Action Packed, and Intense!

    JAG is very accurate in terms of the military point of view but also is very exciting and leaves you guessing to the very end. I see very few errors in the military sense, i almost never see any problems with uniforms and the such. Cmdr. Rabb and Lt. Col. MacKenzie make a great team and if they aren't on the same team it leaves things even more exciting! Great show, and well worth an hour each week.
