- QuizOriginally, it was unsure if there was going to be a sequel to The Transporter (2002). However, after strong DVD sales, it was quickly given the green light.
- BlooperWhen waiting in the parking garage Frank's watch beeps. His watch is a Panerai (Panerai Luminor Chrono Daylight, PAM 250) an automatic chronograph with a mechanical drive. It can't beep.
- Citazioni
Frank Martin: What's the first rule when entering a man's car?
Jack Billings: [takes his feet off the seat] Respect a man's car, a man respects you.
Frank Martin: Rule number two?
Jack Billings: Greet the man. Good afternoon, Frank.
Frank Martin: Good afternoon, Jack.
Jack Billings: Can we play the game now?
Frank Martin: I would think your brain would be too tired after a whole day of school.
Jack Billings: You're just afraid I'm gonna win.
Frank Martin: I'm afraid you're gonna be too worn out to do your homework.
Jack Billings: It's Friday, I don't *have* any homework.
Frank Martin: In that case: the game.
Jack Billings: Yes!
Frank Martin: But first, what's the third rule of the car?
[Jack buckles his seatbelt]
Frank Martin: Good.
- Curiosità sui creditiIn the opening credits, the actors names appear to be hanging from the ceiling of the parking garage.
- Versioni alternativeUS version was edited for violence (the scene where Frank fights with an iron bar, digital removal of blood) and sexuality (shots of Kate Nauta's naked butt, digital retouching of shots where you could see her nipples) to secure a more commercial PG-13 rating. This version is ca. 25 seconds shorter.

The first third of this movie is outstanding; the second third "fair" and the final third so ludicrous I kept looking at the clock to see how much time was left in the film. The latter got out of hand with one "Kill Bill"-type fight scene or car chase after another, each scene being less credible than the one before it. These filmmakers just don't know when enough is enough!
Once again, you have likable hero is Jason Startham as "Frank martin," the ex-Special Forces agent who is a now a "transporter." You have some wild-looking villains, especially in "Lola" (Kate Nauta ) who competes with Tammy Fae Baker n the makeup department (except this woman is hot) and you have an interesting story. There is just no restraint in it. Too bad because this film has a lot of style to it and held great promise in that first half hour
