There was an excellent article on Oprah.com on women and porn. "... the fact is, millions of women use and enjoy 'explicit sexual imagery.'" Japanese Pinku films are soft-core porn. They have a wide range of what is shown, and this film would be considered to be at the low end of the scale on the porn aspect.
That is not to say that it is not an enjoyable film. It is amazing how much porn they fit in in 64 minutes and still managed to tell a good story. It's the kind of porn that I would imagine would be attractive to women who might not otherwise look at porn. According to the article above that is a decreasing number as 56% of Hustler's on-line sales are to women.
