Trey Callaway is an award-winning writer and television showrunner. Callaway wrote the screenplay for the hit horror film I Still Know What You Did Last Summer and was the executive producer and showrunner of both the Fox Television crime procedural APB and the CW fantasy drama The Messengers. He created and ran the breakthrough hybrid science fiction/medical series Mercy Point on the UPN network. And in addition to working with Hollywood luminaries like Harrison Ford, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ron Howard, and Tim Burton, Callaway has written and produced for hit shows like CSI:NY, Supernatural, Rush Hour, Revolution, Station 19, and 9-1-1: Lone Star. He has penned dozens of original pilots for multiple American entertainment companies including, CBS, ABC, FOX, TNT, Showtime, and A&E. On the international stage, Callaway has worked with Imagine Entertainment, Ciwen Group, Sixty Percent Productions, Netflix, and Amazon Studios to develop series with an array of accomplished foreign filmmakers for production in ten different countries around the globe. Trey was a Consulting Producer on Taiwan Crime Stories, an acclaimed anthology drama which premiered in 2023 on Disney+Asia. And he was the creator of Priceless, an espionage thriller series based on the bestselling Polish novel for Netflix International. Trey is also an esteemed professor in the prestigious USC School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California.
