Created Big and Loud Video, LLC for children and produced, directed, and narrated its live-action DVDs, Big and Loud on a Construction Site (2008) and Big and Loud on a Farm (2008).

Has a BFA in Graphic Design from Kansas State University.

In preparation for The Thin Dead Line (2001) he did a ride along with a patrol officer from the Santa Monica Police Department.

Studied acting with the legendary acting teacher, Larry Moss, for 4 years in Santa Monica, California.

Has worked numerous times with Silas Weir Mitchell in theatre productions, most notably "Hurlyburly" at the Met Theatre, summer 2004.

Produced and starred in "Frankie And Johnny In The Clair De Lune" at the Hudson Mainstage Theatre, winter 2008.

Trained to use a 9mm and a billy club by an L.A. Sheriff Deputy who trains SWAT teams.

Has worked with David Fincher twice, Gone Girl (2014) and The Social Network (2010).

Has been in two films that were nominated for the Best Picture Oscar: Ford v Ferrari (2019) and The Social Network (2010).

All-League Defensive End in high school.
