Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Vincent was raised (along with three sisters)
in Cleveland Heights. Vincent attended Saint Joseph High School then
went on to Bowling Green State University graduating with a degree in
Public Relations.
Just out of college he began modeling in Cleveland and then on to New York where he began appearing in commercials. He eventually made the move to California pursuing film work. With a fighting background quickly landed roles in several action films and television.
In 1994 Vincent worked with Boss Films Studio developing a national campaign for MGM Grand Hotel (Flight of Fantasy) acting as assistant director as well as boxing fight choreographer.
In 1995 he landed a role in the film Bloodfist VI: Ground Zero where he worked with baseball great Steve Garvey. Again in 1995 Vincent worked twice with soap opera star Deidre Hall in her tell all story Never Say Never: The Deidre Hall Story (1995), and 'Tom Clancy's' mini series OP Center (1995). In addition to acting also served as fight choreographer on both. He then went on to work with three time WKO World Kickboxing Champion Don Wilson, playing a Drug Lord in the futuristic science fiction film Cyber-Tracker 2 (1995).
In 1996 DePalma teamed up with teen kickboxer Ted Jan Roberts in the martial arts movie Tiger Heart (1996) where he kidnaps Roberts' love interest for ransom.
In 1997 DePalma worked on the film Skyscraper (1996) with Guess and Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith.
In 1998 Vincent was hired to battle international action star Gary Daniels for the film Recoil (1998) playing the eldest son in a crime family being groomed to take over the family business.
In 1999 DePalma landed a role on the television series L.A. Heat (1996) playing a hired assassin for the Los Angeles police department.
In 2001 Vincent was named the face for one of the first personal training websites ("ruFIT2") on the internet offering specialized videos worldwide including Australia, Italy, Japan, New Zealand and Saudi Arabia. ruFIT2 was rated the #1 fitness website by American Health and Fitness Magazine along with Depalma being named one of Hollywood's best bodies. This led to numerous television appearances nationwide while becoming a regular on FIT TV.
Along with acting Vincent now devotes much of his time to screenwriting.
