Marvel Studios has shared a cast list for the upcoming third and final season of What If...?, and Jeffrey Wright's Watcher looks set to be joined by another A-List lineup of Marvel Cinematic Universe talent.
We heard some time ago that season 3 would add some key Phase 4 characters to the mix, and that's evident from the presence of Kingo, Shang-Chi, Kate Bishop, and Moon Knight.
There aren't many surprises beyond that, though we are intrigued to see what the likes of Sonny Burch and Arishem the Judge bring to the table.
What If...? will also deliver some big MCU debuts, with Barbie star America Ferrera and Harry Potter icon Jason Isaacs among the guest stars set to appear in the 8-episode series.

"Something is up with the animals." The Asylum has just released an official trailer for one of their latest ridiculous B-movie horrors called Aquarium of the Dead, which is arriving direct-to-dvd (because that's the right release for this) in May this year. This is actually a sort-of-sequel to director Glenn Miller's other Asylum zombie animal movies Zoombies and Zoombies 2. Surprise – there is not much of a plot here: a scientific accident causes creatures to become zombies. But I'd rather enjoy this as a revenge tale for all the sea animals captured and thrown into aquariums finally getting back at the asshole humans who put them there. The cast includes Vivica A. Fox, D.C. Douglas, Erica Duke, Eva Ceja, Anthony Jensen, Anna Telfer, Jeffery Thomas Johnson, and Rishi Arya. This has zombie sharks, octopus, crabs, fish, and oh yes, a zombie walrus (finally vengeance for Tusk!) and starfish, too. Whatever you do,...

I’ll freely admit there was a heavy dose of trepidation going into Apocalypse Kiss. You see I’ve had the “pleasure” of watching one of writer/director Christian Jude Grillo’s films (Deer Crossing aka Wasteland) before and it wasn’t the greatest of experiences… But just like you should never judge a book by its cover I feel you should never judge a filmmaker from just one film, even if that film was a complete shambles. Grillo’s previous effort was a backwoods thriller, a poor mans Texas Chainsaw Massacre if you will but this time out Grillo aims his sights higher, bringing us a dystopian vision of a city in ruin, controlled by corrupt politicians and evil corporations.

D.C. Douglas met with the Twitter team who helped with his online petition to get him a role on ‘The Walking Dead’ on Thursday night in Los Angeles. The voice over actor was inspired and flattered that his fan, Nathan Narain, started the petition and turned it into a charity event. He offered a dollar per signature, up to $1,000, to donate to one of five charities his fans voted on. The petition, which began on June 4, garnered over 1,500 signatures. Douglas, who is most known for voicing Legion in ‘Mass Effect’ 2 and 3, donated $200 to each charity. His fans voted for the all of the above [ Read More ]...

Last month, I wrote about the petition to get voice and screen actor D.C. Douglas to star in “The Walking Dead.” According to the petition, Nathan Narain created the petition “to help D.C. Douglas be on The Walking Dead, a popular AMC television show. D.C. Douglas has already petitioned before for The Walking Dead, but with no results.” “I would like to help him achieve his goal, and we are now joining together to promote this petition. I can’t do it alone tho, so let’s join together and help D.C. Douglas star in ‘The Walking Dead,’” wrote Narain. The actor, who has lent his voice to zombie action game “Resident [ Read More ]...

Douglas a starring role on AMC's The Walking Dead. Read on for more details!
From the Official Press Release
Actor and voice over artist D.C. Douglas is known in the horror-zombie genre for voicing "Resident Evil" villain Albert Wesker for several games. Some fans of AMC’s “The Walking Dead” are also huge fans of the popular horror video game “Resident Evil.” Due to their dual interests, some have taken to the internet to try and get one of the voice actors from “Resident Evil” to guest star on “The Walking Dead.” The petition “D.C. Douglas on ‘The Walking Dead’!” was created by Nathan Narain in order to get D.C. Douglas, the voice actor of “Resident Evil” villain Albert Wesker, a role on the popular zombie horror show. Douglas, also an on-screen actor, has also appeared on CBS’s “2 Broke Girls,” ABC’s “Castle” and TV Land’s “Hot in Cleveland.” He will also guest [ Read More ]...

Nothing gets your motor running in the morning like feeling old. Why do I feel old? Because I just remembered that I was a sophomore in high school (Go Panthers!) when the first Resident Evil was released on the original Playstation on March 30, 1996. In honor of the just-passed anniversary, Capcom has released a quick retrospective/trailer that shows us Resident Evil's past as well as its future. Check it out after the break Smokily narrated by DC Douglas (Wesker!), the trailer reminds us just how much we've seen in 15 years from the franchise, as well as glimpses of the five(!) titles that are coming down the pipe: Resident Evil: Mercenaries 3D, Resident Evil: Code Veronica HD, Resident Evil 4...

Despite his lava-drenched death at the end of Resident Evil 5, it seems that the villainous Wesker is still out there…making ringtones?More after the break. In a bit of absolute weirdness, Wesker voice actor D.C. Douglas has once again employed his monotonous snarl to play the Umbrella puppet master, this time for a series of voicemail messages and ringtones. Even stranger, but in a good way, Douglas has released all of these for free, so long as the downloader promises to donate to the charity of his or her choice…that doesn't seem very Wesker-like! Maybe he's making reparations for that whole Raccoon City nuke debacle? There are some gems in here (I'm seriously tempted to drop...

Who knew that our lovable and cartoonish brand icons were having such a bad year? Jon Stewart did that's who. Pegged to the recent kerfuffle between FreedomWorks and Geico voiceover artist D.C. Douglas, Stewart uncovered a long list of wrong-doings from our cuddly corporate pitchman, including Tony the Tiger, the Michelin Man and even the Hamburger Helper Hand (who apparently was responsible for Hitler's death?)...

Need a good example of the fractured political climate in which we find ourselves? Last night Geraldo Rivera had on as guests D.C. Douglas (the recently fired and former voiceover artist for the Geico) and Matt Kibbe, the president of FreedomWorks who released Douglas' voicemail to the public that led to his dismissal. Both were on the show. At the same time. But neither wanted to interact with one another. Rats.

You'd think people learned that if Rahm Emanuel can't get away with it, it's probably best not to use the word. Lance Baxter, Aka "D.C. Douglas," the voice actor most notable for his work in Geico commercials, has been dismissed from his job for using his highly recognizable voice to leave a voicemail in the mailbox of Tea Party group Freedomworks asking how many of its members were "mentally retarded" and what the response would be when a member inevitably killed someone.
