Digital Spy has an exclusive first-look at the return of Death in Paradise.
The BBC One detective drama is back for a third series on Tuesday, January 14 at 9pm, with Kris Marshall replacing the departing Ben Miller as series lead.
In the first episode, Miller's character Richard Poole is murdered, with Marshall's Di Humphrey Goodman arriving in the Caribbean to investigate the crime.
Marshall - plus guest stars Helen Baxendale, Sophie Thompson and Tim Dutton - talk through the murder mystery in the exclusive clip.
"Ben has been fantastic in the show and is a massive part of the reason why it's a success," Marshall told DS . "But it is a new dawn and... I wouldn't have taken the job if I didn't have a chance to put my stamp on it."
