Ruth Etting was born on 23 November 1896 in David City, Nebraska, USA. She was an actress, known for A Regular Trouper (1932), Hips, Hips, Hooray! (1934) and Road to Perdition (2002). She was married to Myrl Alderman and Martin Snyder. She died on 24 September 1978 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA.
