Roy Fegan

Roy B. Fegan was born in Leimert Park, California and is an accomplished and well-respected figure in the entertainment industry, with a diverse background as a comedian, actor, director, and writer. He has been involved in some of the most iconic black films and television shows of our time, including "The Five Heartbeats" and "Hollywood Shuffle." Throughout his career, Roy has honed his skills as a storyteller and gained a deep understanding of black culture and music. His experiences growing up in South Central LA and Leimert Park have shaped his artistic vision and given him a unique blessing where he used his passion for acting and comedy to escape from the tough times in the streets. As the CEO and founder of Black Owned TV, Roy is dedicated to creating and producing content that celebrates black excellence and empowers underrepresented voices. Currently (2023) he is working on a powerhouse biopic that will enlighten and entertain longtime fans. Roy's passion for storytelling and his commitment to his craft have made him a true visionary in the entertainment industry. He is a trailblazer and an inspiration to aspiring artists everywhere.
