Born in 1985, Kosice. As a child, Brano performed in several productions in 'Kosice City Theater' and also, 'Kosice State Theater'.Graduated from the drama department of 'Prague Conservatory' in 2006. As an actor, he took part in several TV productions, series and films (for example "Kral sokolu", "Vsichni moji blizcí", "Kruh", "Red Baron", "Post Bellum", "Vypravej"). He also performed in many theatrical productions. Between 2009 and 2017, he worked as a permanent director in Prague's 'Studio Ypsilon' where he pursued his own theatrical work as an author and director. He regularly directs in Prague theaters such as the 'National Theater', the 'Theater in Dlouha', or the 'Minor Theater', but also in theaters outside Prague such as ND Brno, Petr Bezruc Theater, DAB Nitra. Typically, besides writing and developing the production concept, he is also the author (or co-author) of theatrical scripts. In 2013, he was awarded the 'Alfred Radok' Award - as a director, in the "Talent of the Year" category. Since 2014, he has portrayed one of the main characters in the popular Czech TV show "Ordinace v Ruzove zahrade II" and from 2016 he became one of the permanent directors of the series. Since then he has been focusing on television and film production. A short film "Na Hory" was his motion picture directorial debut in 2018. Second short film "Maturant" became in 2019. In 2019 he started to work as consulting director "Ordinace" series. He is also a Czech-dubbing director of foreign films (exclusively for Disney-Pixar). Brano also pursues script writing and dramaturgy. From 2018 to 2020 he was the artistic director in 'Minor Theater'.
