John started his acting in New York City studying under acclaimed
actress Rose Arrick at HB Studio, as well as studying at Michael Howard
Studio and The Three of Us Studio under Joan See. Thriving in
commercials John has booked many including Toyota, Sony, Sears,
Comcast, Chevy, Lowes, Starter, The NBA. Pollo Loco, and McDonalds to
name a few. Born and raised in New Jersey, he is a graduate of
Montclair High and the College Of Wooster in Ohio. An accomplished
athlete lettering in Soccer, Basketball, and Track in high school and
lettering four years playing college basketball and leading the team as
captain his senior year. Still using his athletic talents in his acting
both in film/TV and commercials, he is best know for his creation of
the Billy Joe Cuthbert basketball player character for the Sony NBA
Playstation commercial campaign. John has gotten to work closely with
Kobe Bryant and has traveled to the NBA All Star games to compete in
the skills competition with the likes of Ice Cube, Chris Brown, and
Christopher Meloni.
