Sasha Joseph Neulinger is the co-founder and head of production at Step 1 Films where he produces content for commercial clients nationally. He will be making his directorial debut at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival with his film, "Rewind."
Sasha's interest in film started in early childhood. His father, a filmmaker, often brought his production equipment and passion for filmmaking home with him. Sasha's interest in film lead to a self-chosen child acting career. Sasha loved acting because it was a fully immersive escape from what was a traumatic childhood. As he grew older, Sasha became less interested in acting and more interested in directing and the filmmaking process behind the camera.
After finishing film school at Montana State University in 2012, he discovered the raw materials that would propel him to tell the story of his life. An autobiographical film years in the making, "Rewind" is set to have its world premiere at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival.
