Sam Heughan and Outlander fans, we have good news to share with you! Of course we love to see the actor as the one and only Jamie Fraser, but that doesn't mean we don't also love supporting the cast in other projects. One of the intriguing ones us in the U.S. have been waiting to see is The Couple Next Door starring Heughan himself. There's finally a premiere date, but it's a little longer than promised.
In July 2024, Starz shared that the psychological drama was set to begin streaming and airing in winter 2024. So perhaps a December release is what was assumed. However, The Couple Next Door will premiere Friday, Jan. 17, 2025 on Starz. Now, look. I know the wait is not that much longer than what we'd been anticipating. I'm just so excited to see the show, and it's a little annoying the debut is being pushed slightly. But,...

The One Piece live-action has been exceptional with its casting. From the first season to now the second, not a single cast member has disappointed so far. From Iñaki Godoy and Mackenyu as Luffy and Zoro to the recently announced Charithra Chandran and Sendhil Ramamurthy as Nefertari Vivi and Nefertari Cobra, there has been not a moment’s worth of disappointment.

While for some the announcements at first may seem doubtful and skeptical, it is best not to judge talent before it can be perfectly executed. The main cast of the series has showcased exactly that and it would be unfair not to let the new cast members have a chance either. However, there is one character that will appear in future seasons whose perfect live-action counterpart already exists.

One Piece season 2 just added two more actors to the cast, and the latest announcement includes the biggest stars yet. Katey Sagal and Mark Harelik are joining the cast of the live-action adaptation of the anime.
Deadline shared the addition of the two actors. Fans of the anime are sure to be excited about this casting. After all, they will play two characters fans have been excited to see in the live-action from the start.
Who will Katey Sagal play in One Piece season 2?
Sagal will take on the role of Dr. Kureha, one of the most anticipated additions to season 2. At one point, Jamie Lee Curtis was potentially going to take on the role, but her schedule didn’t work out. The series films in South Africa, and Curtis is a sought-after actress in Hollywood.
That’s okay, because the series has an outstanding actress to take on the role instead.

The lackluster phase of Hindi cinema is here. Probably the dullest week of the month happens to be here. Out of all, two theatrical releases are scheduled to happen this week. One of them is Do Aur Do Pyaar. Despite having a trustworthy star cast including Vidya Balan, Pratik Gandhi, Ileana D’Cruz and Sendhil Ramamurthy, the film has no buzz and no excitement among the audience.
Do Aur Do Pyaar marks the feature film debut of director Shirsha Guha Thakurta. She explores the concept of extramarital affairs and conflicts in marriage and love. But is the Indian audience ready to accept a bold and unconventional concept? The current scenario at the box office won’t permit them to do so. With a reduction in people’s attention span, a complicated love story might test patience.
The music of a film plays an important role in building hype for a film.

Do Aur Do Pyaar
Starring Vidya Balan, Pratik Gandhi, Ileana D’Cruz, and Sendhil Ramamurthy
Director: Shirsha Guha Thakurta
Set aside half a star extra for Vidya Balan’s sterling performance. That apart, Do Aur Do Pyaar is a far superior work to almost every film you’ve seen this year. It is breezy and lighthearted, but never frivolous. Director Shirsha Guha Thakurta dives deep into a marriage in crisis. Miraculously, she finds a lot of laughter and humour in the crisis. This in no way trivializes the marital conundrum.
The writing is clearly the star of the show. When you add an actor of Vidya Balan’s calibre to what’s from the outset, a screenplay woven from the threads of real life, the end result is bound to be something special.

Vidya Balan shines in this witty remake that sees a married couple, both cheating on each other, on the verge of breaking up
The algebra of love is a multiple-choice conundrum in Shirsha Guha Thakurta’s debut, a witty remake of Azazel Jacobs’ romance The Lovers starring Debra Winger. Transporting the original story of a disaffected American couple caught up in extramarital affairs to Mumbai, Do Aur Do Pyaar often heads to the city’s beaches, whose shifting tides bring to mind the unpredictable ebb and flow of long-term relationships.
In the film, the weight of marital distance is etched on to every frame. Twelve years into their marriage, Kavya (Vidya Balan) and Ani (Pratik Gandhi) have run out of affectionate words. Revolving around allergy medicines and bin bags, their daily conversations have gone terribly stale. At the same time Kavya finds comfort in the arms of handsome photographer Vikram,...
