Anthony Ross was born on 23 February 1909 in New York City, New York, USA. He was an actor, known for The Gunfighter (1950), The Country Girl (1954) and Ponds Theater (1953). He died on 26 October 1955 in New York City, New York, USA.

On Tuesday, October 25, 1955, Ross played Dr. Gerald Lyman in the play &quot;Bus Stop&quot; on Broadway. He died in his sleep at his apartment the next day, a few hours after the performance.

He worked in US military intelligence work during World War II.
