Twin sister of Seven Arts production executive Abe Steinberg, and Fox script supervisor Rose Steinberg. Betty and her siblings began their careers on Cecil B Demile's The Ten Commandments in 1923, and all were under contract to 20th Century Fox for a fifty years.
