JAMES TRIPP-HAITH BIOGRAPHY Mr. Tripp-Haith, who has over forty years of responsible experience in television and film production, is well versed in handling all aspects of production management, including long-range planning, development, philosophy, practices and procedures. As Line Producer of "Moesha", "EVE", "Let's Stay Together" and "Zoe Ever After" national weekly, prime time sitcoms, his daily responsibilities included creating and maintaining the day-to-day activities of the line item budget and hiring and supervising a staff of over 200 people. He planned and coordinated all production assignments, pre and post-production activities, facilities and personnel of a highly productive programming unit. During his tenure, his expertise allowed him to complete the productions under budget and on time. Mr. Tripp-Haith's experiences as a DGA UPM and a Production Executive represent a spectrum of specialization in the areas of post- production, scheduling, budgeting, coordinating and supervising. His extensive qualifications allow him to interact with various union heads, studio executives, and vendors negotiating and finalizing contracts and making major purchases. His skill as a negotiator, communicator and manager has allowed him to reach agreements that are enormously profitable for his employers as well as employees. In addition to having a great deal of television experience, Mr. Tripp-Haith has filled many positions in the film industry. Most noted is his position as an Associate Producer/ Post Production Supervisor on Ice Cube's feature film "Friday". He has also produced the film "GAS", for 20th Century Fox Home Video Entertainment and "SONS 2 The Grave" an independent feature. His years of experience, with his commitment to quality, coupled with his spirit and enthusiasm combined make him a notable asset.
