Donna Burke, singer-actor, was born in Melbourne, Australia but moved to Perth when she was 2. She is one of 7 children and has a twin brother.
In 1996, after studying voice, speech and drama, media and religion and teaching high school for 8 years, she moved to Tokyo, Japan.
Donna is a voice actress, recording artist and performer, singing the theme songs for famous video games such as Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles and Metal Gear Solid, and regularly performs with the symphonic show, Metal Gear in Concert.
In 2016 she wrote, produced and starred in The StefanDonna Show, a mock-doc starring Stefanie Joosten from Metal Gear, The Phantom Pain.
Donna did the performance capture and voice-acting for Angela in Silent Hill 2 and Claudia in Silent Hill 3 and is Doctor Coyle in ARMS and Raising Heart in Magical Lyrical Nanoha.
Since 2003, Donna's voice is famous in Japan as the English announcement on the Tokaido Shinkansen bullet train. She sings and voices characters in anime and her song, Glassy Sky, from anime Tokyo Ghoul, has millions of views on Youtube since its release in 2015 and has been covered by fans all over the world.
Donna performs with the Tokyo Comedy Store Improvazilla show and is in pre-production for Symphonic:Reload!, a symphonic concert of her game and anime hit songs, and a TV series set in Japan.
