Renee Garcia has had a remarkable journey as an award-winning Director, Producer, Writer, and Casting Director. 2024 was a milestone year for her filmmaking. At the Chandler International Film Festival, her film "The Delicate Cycle" won Best Short Film, in which she is the Producer, Associate Director, and Casting Director. She cast Dean Norris, Jr., son to the infamous Dean Norris (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul). Renee invited Dean Norris to the world premiere at the film festival and he gladly accepted to support his son's film acting debut. The film festival also honored Dean Norris with a Career Icon Award, so they celebrated their wins together on the red carpet. Renee received two more nominations at the Chandler Film Festival for Best Drama Short and Best Woman Short for "Immigrant Mother," starring Cristo Fernandez (Emmy-winning- known for Ted Lasso, Transformers: Rise of the Beast, Spiderman: No Way Home), and it won in 2022 for Best International Short Film at the Hollywood Art and Movie Awards. Renee Garcia also won for Best Female Director, Best Crime Drama Short, Best Woman Short, Best Actress, two Best Supporting Actor wins, and more. Her second film nomination at CIFF, "Receding," has taken the film festivals by storm with significant recognition and 50 award wins including 2023 Best Debut Actress, Cannes World Film Festival, Best Female Director, Best Producers, Best Inspirational Film, Best Short Film, Best Original Screenplay as writer, and more. In 2023, she garnered award wins for short films, "Our Broken Family," winner for Best Producers, Best Supporting Actor, Best Editing and "Unique Beauty" won Best Female Director(s), Best Short Film, and Best Ensemble Cast.

She has worked with renowned celebrities such as Danny Trejo, Wayne Brady, Danny Glover, Dolph Lundgren, Keith David, Michael Madsen, Paul Sorvino, Ann Margret, Busy Phillips, and more. Renee's Hollywood journey extends beyond filmmaking, as her path began as an actress. She notably appeared opposite Vin Diesel in the original hit franchise film, "The Fast and the Furious."
