Kaiulani is a singer/songwriter, actress, writer, activist, and producer.
She was born in New York City to concert pianist Andrew Kimbrell and theatre actress
Kaiulani Lee.
She has toured the coastal United States as a singer/songwriter and was an artist in
development at Geffen A&M (with Grammy award-winning producer Tal Herzberg). She has
worked in the music department at New Line Cinema and Warner Bros on a myriad of films
including "Sex And The City", "The Women", "Seventeen Again", and "My Sister's Keeper".
She holds a degree in visual journalism and documentary filmmaking and launched her own
documentary media production company: A New Awareness Media where she has shot
extensive videos for the food and environmental movement, including the celebrity-featured
YouTube series "Food Voices" that she developed and produced.
She has served as a Global Love Ambassador for the Love Button movement, joining forces
with Chris Martin from Coldplay and the Global Citizen's Music Festival, and has spent
extensive time in Mumbai, India where she's worked on a myriad of recording projects with
India-based artists.
