Nimo Pinchart is a Franco-American actor. He grew up between France and Spain, and permanently moved to the US in 2016 where he started his acting career.
He began his career with theatre training at TheTheatreLab in Washington DC under the supervision of theatre and artistic directors from the Ford's Theatre, the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts, GALA Hispanic Theatre, the Kennedy Center, Theater J, Studio Theatre, Round House Theatre, Woolly Mammoth, and Signature Theatre. He found a new passion working in front of the camera for TV, Indie Movies, short videos, commercials, virtual productions, feature films, and music video clips.
His most prominent works to-date is as lead character Jean Van Gent in Man In The Mountain (playing a young Francois Truffaut in the pilot-style, fan-fare prequel of Close Encounters of the Third Kind, directed by Dennis Trombly and produced by Parse Entertainment), supporting character Ben in About Kenzie (short movie produced by Ella Luna Rose Muscroft, a Loud Voices Silent Streets Production) and lead character Charlie for Seven Dreams (music video directed by Kira Bursky, produced by All Around Artsy Productions for the Philly-based Braxston Hicks band).
Nimo speaks English, French, and Spanish. As such, he can play a variety of characters that either require proficiency in foreign languages or accents and dialects. He is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community.
Nimo was a top member of the French target shooting team, won several national competitions, and received firearm training from the French Target Shooting Olympic Team. He is also a runner, swimmer, history buff, traveler, and animal lover.
He resides in Baltimore, Maryland.
