Oscar was born in the Dominican Republic but spent most of his life on the East Coast in Boston Massachusetts. He is fluent in Spanish.
Aside from filmmaking, Oscar enjoys being involved in athletics. He grew up playing baseball and basketball and continues to stay active whenever he can.
