Composer at first, then became a cinematographer and later animator.
Spent early professional years in Seattle where he wrote and produced a
dozen published operas, including Little Boy Goes to Hell, Joe Bean,
Caucasian Chalk Circle, How to Survive the Apocalypse: A Burning Opera.
(As of February, 2013) Mr. Nichols is developing and animation series
with John Altschuler, Mike Judge, Dave Krinsky as executive producers.
Lives in Los Angeles.
