Born in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1983, to Maxine Jochelson and Howard Liebman. He moved to California at the age of 8, and soon found himself interested in writing for film. He attended UC Santa Barbara, majoring in Film , and graduated with High Honors. His first industry job was as a post-production assistant on "Unconditional Love". Since then, he has worked/interned at numerous production companies and projects. His first screenplay, "Last Stop Till Valhalla", was a finalist in the prestigious Lazarus Scholarship contest. That same year, he worked on the Reel Loud Film Festival winner "Nick and Kate". He was the writer/producer of the short film "Sayonara Elviko" (winner of the Corwin award for Best Short Screenplay), and won the Diamond Award at the California Film Festival for his short "Wasted on the Young". He is currently living in Southern California.
