Messeret Stroman Wheeler is a NY based actor who has been featured in television shows The Best Man:The Final Chapters, The Sopranos, Law & Order, and Law & Order:SVU. Her national network commercials include IKEA, Sylvan Learning Center, Burger King, John Hancock, Disney World, Gain Detergent and more. Her diverse talents extends to voice work on TV, radio and video games Grand Theft Auto:San Andreas, Red Dead Revolver, and The Warriors. Messeret is a Audelco theatre award winner & 3 time nominee. She was the on camera spokesperson for a HBO promo campaign. Messeret has served as Associate Producer for Judy Tate's ASP Arts Collective and stars in their audio dramas "Black Women and the Ballot", " Second Sight" and the full length work "Fast Blood" archived on their site. Messeret and her husband Ed Wheeler are 1st time Exec. Producers of the Award Winning 2023 short film Keepers of the Flame in which she also stars and has garnered Grand Jury Best Actress Award.
