Joshua Weathersby is a filmmaker based in Los Angeles, who has won awards for his writing, directing, editing, and producing. He is the founder of Endless Mile Studios, a full-service production and transmedia company focused on inclusive storytelling across all spectrum of media.
As a filmmaker, Joshua has created such projects as, his short film The Angler, the screenplay Joshua's Soul, which won Best Urban Drama at the New York International Independent Film Festival, and his editing on the documentary, Sour, earned him an award for best editing at the Boston International Film Festival. He directed the short film, Laundry Day which won two awards at Geek Fest including Best Of Fest and which also won him the Harold Award for Best Director at the first annual Al Malaikah Shriner's Showbiz Shrine Club in 2021. He is an executive producer on the short The Way That I Am With You, which won best US Film at the Venice Short Film Festival, as well as the upcoming films Mojave Diamonds, Skeletons in the Closet, Bomb Pizza and, his feature film directorial debut, Rocky's Galaxy.
During his music video career Josh has had the opportunity to work with such notable artists as: The Jonas Brothers, Mariah Carey, B2K, Dirks Bentley, T-Pain, Chris Brown, and My Chemical Romance among many others.
Joshua's passion for creative storytelling, especially in sci-fi, fantasy, and superhero genre has inspired his directing. He was on the forefront of the digital media revolution in the early 2000s when he started END Studios as a freelance post-production and streaming media company. In 2019 he rebranded and Endless Mile Studios, was born in his office in Northridge.
