I have always been enamored by music and cinema. I began my academic
career thinking of becoming a sound mixer, but soon into the school program I
looked through a viewfinder and thought 'this is what I want to do for the rest of
my life'
In the year 1992, I began to work as a camera operator on commercials and
documentaries, but what I truly desired was to shoot narrative films, and in
1999 I finally had my chance to work as a Steadicam operator. Ever since then,
I've been traveling the world looking through a camera.
Additionally, I teach camera operating and Steadicam seminars at Madrid film School (ECAM), and at the Madrid film Institute (ICE). I have been an active SOC member since 2017.
