Even the filmmakers who used to dish out content of this genre have moved on and it is not just the actors. What could an actor do if one is not offered such films!! It appears that Luv Ranjan has become the flag bearer for making light-hearted comedies with a sprinkle of romance. Someone rightly pointed that the industry sure must have romantic scripts doing rounds, but one film needs to click majorly to turn the tide. Actor Ranbir Kapoor, who has completed shooting for his upcoming film ‘Animal’, was seen grooving on Hrithik Roshan’s hit song ‘Ek Pal Ka Jeena’, ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’ and ‘Dilli Wali Girlfriend’.

Her latest release is “Ram Setu” starring Akshay Kumar. Meanwhile, she has an interesting lineup of films like “Selfiee” alongside Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi.

Amazon Prime Video India has boarded Chhorii, the upcoming horror and social drama produced by CryptTV, India’s Abundantia Entertainment and T-Series.

As Deadline previously announced, the film stars Nushrratt Bharruccha in a blend of horror and social drama, telling the story of age-old societal beliefs and practices that give rise to tales of terror. Vishal Furia directed by the project, which is a remake of Furia’s Marathi-language horror Lapachhapi. Mita Vashisht, Rajesh Jais and Saurabh Goyal also star.

Producers on the movie are Bhushan Kumar, Krishnan Kumar, Vikram Malhotra, Shikhaa Sharma, and Jack Davis. Amazon will release the film globally in November.
