Rob's debut feature film "Back To Manhattan" premiered to a sold-out crowd in Greenwich Village in November 2003. A low-budget indie which he wrote, produced, directed, and edited. The film won awards on the festival circuit including Best Feature (NY Film and Video Festival), "Buzz Award" - Most Talked About Film (Hoboken Film Festival), and the "Spirit Award" for Emerging Filmmaker (Queens International Film Festival), as well as a two-page article in the November 2005 issue of PC Magazine.
A freelance director/editor residing in Brooklyn, NY, Rob has been collaborating with producer/cinematographer Phillip Ennis since 2008. Together, they have created works for such clients as Kohler, Sub-Zero and Wolf, Trump Int. Hotels, Dwell Magazine, non-profit Crossing Thresholds, NYDEP/NYC-DOT, AECOM, NYS Parks & Recreation and The Holocaust Museum.
Rob has also been credited as editor and post-supervisor on feature films including "Light Within The Cracks", (2020) and "The Only Woman In The World", (2021), along with such shorts as "The Dancer", (2018), "Three Kings", (2018) and "Borderline", (2021), which won Rob Best Editing at NYLIFF (New York/Long Island Film Festival) in Nov 2022.
Rob is working as director and editor for the upcoming feature documentary "The Paper Runway" for Hudson Films. The film is expected to be on the festival circuit by late 2024.
