Jessica Faires McGinn is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, with a BA in Film Production. After graduating from college, she completed the Director's Guild of America Assistant Directors Training Program and worked as a DGA Assistant Director for 15 years. She is now working primarily as a Los Angeles-based DGA Unit Production Manager and Assistant UPM.
