"Joe and I are overjoyed by our new family addition," the Little Women: L.A. star tells People exclusively. "Looking forward to our future together as a happy little family.

Penelope Charlevoix Gnoffo was born Monday morning, weighing in at a healthy 6 lbs., 2 oz.

The baby girl's middle name is in reference to the town of Charlevoix in Michigan.

"My family grew up there," Terra tells People. "Joe and I vacationed there this summer, and my grandfather has an amphitheater named after him in downtown Charlevoix – Clarence Odmark.
