-Born in 1984 in the Sorel region (province of Quebec, Canada), Vincent Biron has made several short films over the years that have made their mark at film festivals around the world. In 2010, his film "Les fleurs de l'âge" won Best Short Film at the Toronto International Film Festival. His most recent short was selected for the 2015 Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival. His first feature film "Prank" made its world premiere at the 31st Venice Critics' Week in 2016 and went on to win the Audience Award at the Festival du Nouveau Cinéma de Montréal.
A bulimic cinephile with an eclectic appetite, Vincent also collaborates with numerous filmmakers as cinematographer, including Denis Côté (Bestiaire), Matthew Rankin (The Twentieth Century), Alexandre Dostie (Je finirai en prison) for which he received the Best Cinematography award at the Brooklyn Film Festival in June 2020. And with director Lawrence Côté-Collins for Bungalow (2023), and "Les chambres rouges" with Pascal Plante.
