Alessandro Demcenko
- Actor
Alessandro was born in Rome.
At the age of six he started studying the violin, until, at the age of sixteen, he ended the professional violin player and it was not what his family wanted...well, he has always been a "free soul" more fascinated by sports and nature!
He ended his studies in Milan in 1996 with a Bachelor Degree in Art Direction and Design. During that period he started featuring in many Tv Commercials in order to make a better living, far away from home, with little money in his pocket. One such commercial was 'Opel Tigra', which gained a prize in Cannes in 1997 and led to many theatre jobs. It was then that Alessandro realized that his interest was merging into a real profession, leading him on the road of his dreams. Meanwhile, he started studying with Michael Margotta, a well known coach and teacher. From 2002 Alessandro is traveling around the world, he edited a Promo for a documentary entitled 'Akira - Mine Mission' inspired by his travel in Cambodia and which was given freely to Amnesty International and other Organizations. Alessandro continued his acting studies (with Michael Margotta, Elizabeth Kemp, Giles Foreman and Dee Cannon and other teachers). During the last ten years Alessandro has been working with several directors on TV movies and cinema. To name a few: John Kent Harrison, Maurizio Sciarra, Sabine Boss, Christian Dugay, Alberto Sironi, Matteo Revere. Alessandro is now writing his first screenplay for a feature film based on the story of his grand father: a road trip that will bring him back in Ukraine discovering his "radici". He presently divides his time between Madrid, London, Berlin and Sicily! His love for nature brought him to a little island where he started again playing violin ..just for himself.
Always ready to leave for new interesting projects.
