Over the past 20 years, Keith Ryan Cartwright has interviewed a former President; two Nobel Laureates; Congressional and military leaders; Fortune 500 executives, entrepreneurs and innovators; Grammy, Oscar, Emmy, Tony and Pulitzer Prize winners; members of the Rock & Roll and County Music Hall of Fame; Olympic gold medalists; philanthropists and a humanitarian, who lived in a teepee.
Cartwright has extensively written about professional bull riding, rodeo and western culture for the past decade, and is the co-author of "The Official Guide to the Toughest Sport on Earth." Cartwright produced, wrote and directed several highly-rated television shows and short documentaries in the early 2000s. He worked with Oscar-winner Kevin Costner and Emmy-winner Leslie Jordan among others.
He resides in Tennessee, where he writes about bull riding, western culture and education. He is also an adjunct professor of journalism at his alma mater Middle Tennessee State University.
