Shock received word today that Gravitas Ventures is bringing Haunting of Cellblock 11 to VOD on July 1st. Andrew P. Jones directs and the cast includes Jeffrey S.S. Johnson, Linara Washington, Charley Koontz, John Zderko and Dee Wallace. Jones says in a director's statement: "Having worked in reality TV for well over a decade, and being a big fan of paranormal reality shows I often found myself asking, “what if these ghost hunters actually found themselves in a location that is so active, so haunted that their lives were in real danger?”

This ghostly indie flick offers up a strong cast and a killer concept. Apparitional is about a group of Ghost Hunters who compete for top honors to win a paranormal TV series. When their work leads them to a haunted prison with a grisly past they will literally die to capture the truth.
