Best known for his work as frontman of No.1-charting, ARIA award-
winning band George (with sister Katie), Tyrone Noonan offers a
smörgåsbord of the best in Australian and international entertainment.
A seasoned veteran of the stage, Tyrone is considered one of the best
male vocalists in Australia; however he has been involved across all
areas of the music production for over 20 years including jazz, Latin,
soul, pop, rock and folk bands, music composition, production and sound
design for film and theatre, DJ'ing and burlesque, cabaret and musical
theatre. He has conducted sellout tours throughout Australia, Britain,
Ireland and Japan. He knows what it feels like to play in front of 1.8
billion people (5th Rugby World Cup Opening Ceremony), perform to
sellout crowds at the Sydney Opera House (with the Sydney Symphony
Orchestra and Deep Purple's Jon Lord), represent Australia in song at
Britain's Toast Festival and at Anzac Day ceremonies in New York's
Rockefeller Centre and to support world-class artists as diverse as
Macy Gray, Jewel and Tori Amos. After five years based overseas in
London, New York and Nashville performing, writing and recording with
some of the world's best musicians, Tyrone has returned to Australia to
bring his artistry to the next level. While continuing with exciting
new collaborative recording and performing projects, he is now focused
on his great passion for composition, sound design, music production
and music supervision for feature films and documentaries.
