Maria Pecci

An American actress and singer, who 1st appeared in the children's television show 'Romper Room' at the age of 5 years old. She did many plays and musicals, including 'Godspell'; 'The Wizard of Oz'; 'Grease' (as Rizzo); 'The Man Who Came to Dinner'; 'Bye Bye Birdie'; 'The Crucible'; 'Guys and Dolls' (as Adelaide); and starred as Beauty, in the musical 'Beauty and the Beast'. After attending UC Santa Cruz, she worked with John Ritter on the Steven Bochco/Terry Louise Fisher television show 'Hooperman', and was offered an opportunity to move to Los Angeles, to continue working in acting there. She appeared in 'Cheers', 'Tales of the Crypt', 'Empty Nest', Herman's Head', 'Fallen Angels' and "Man of the People' with James Gardner.
