Christopher Kalt

Christopher Kalt was born on November 11th, 1961 in Camden County, New Jersey. Chris relocated to Southern California with his family in 1974. In 1976, When graduating junior high, Chris had the opportunity to participate in a "career day" program set up by his school. Being an avid music lover, radio broadcasting was the obvious choice. Luckily for him, his school was able to arrange a visit at the local top 40 AM radio station, KEZY in Anaheim, CA. Before leaving the studio at the end of the tour, Chris begged the music director to allow him to work at the station in exchange for free on-the-job training in broadcasting. The music director agreed and started him as the first request line operator for the station. Chris spent two years at KEZY doing commercials, fill-in jobs, and public appearances. He then spent another two years at college exploring other opportunities in the television and entertainment industry. While in school, he was a cameraman at the college TV station as well as production assistant, technical director, floor director, actor, and more. Eventually, he took his love for TV and film even further by merging all his talents together and creating his own video company, Internet radio station, and music television program.
