Kerry Bellessa was born and raised in Seattle, WA, which affected his taste in music (90's grunge forever) and his demeanor (he always thinks it's going to rain). As a boy, he grew up loving cinema, wishing, one day, he too could make movies. He took that dream to The Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, where he earned a degree in Film and Television. He cut his teeth on set for over a decade, working for acclaimed creators including, David Fincher, Gore Verbinski, Spike Jonze, Cameron Crowe, and Sam Raimi. His first feature film, found-footage-micro-budget Amber Alert, landed him on the top of Netflix, only behind House of Cards. Kerry's latest film, Immanence, will be released in October 2021. Kerry is a dedicated husband and father of three. His productions are a family affair, always co-producing with his wife, Summer, and building a talented team that feels like family. His career has been a slow build, but he already feels like he's living the dream.
