Canadian-American Actress and writer Meghan Kristine Lees grew up in Edmonton, Alberta. Growing up in the vast landscapes of the Canadian Prairies, Meghan was surrounded by the medical field - her father, a Pediatric surgeon, and her mother, a nurse.
After earning a degree in Biology and Chemistry, she pursued her passions for acting and writing by attending film school in Vancouver, British Columbia. It didn't take long for her to land her first role in the award-winning short film, Asperity (2009).
She then relocated to Los Angeles where she had a recurring role in the Canadian-African medical drama, Saints (2010), appearing in 11 episodes.
In 2019, Meghan showcased her talent in the highly acclaimed movie, Piece of Me, which received 11 awards and 15 nominations.
Currently residing back in Canada, she can be seen in Yellowjackets, Snowed in for Christmas, and the upcoming project, My Kidnapped Son.
Alongside her budding entertainment career, Meghan is also an accomplished equestrian show jumper who started winning championships at just 13 years old.
