Alistair Steel

Alistair Charles Steel is a Scottish actor and former engineer. He was born in Edinburgh on 5th October 1963, and graduated Edinburgh Napier University with a BS in Electronic Engineering. In 1999, after working in the audio and telecommunications industries in Scotland and England, he took the opportunity to move to Florida on an employment visa and became a permanent resident in 2006.
Alistair moved to Los Angeles in 2008 but the following year he shifted careers to acting, quickly becoming a SAG-AFTRA member. He took acting classes, worked with an acting coach, gained extensive on-set and camera experience through featured and stand-in roles, starred in short films, documentaries and commercials, and performed in an Improv troupe in LA community theater. In 2015, he won the lead role in the short film 'The Deserted', in which he portrayed the same character through several different looks and age groups. He returned to Florida in 2017 and is based in the South-East region.
