Mette Lysdahl was born in Herning, Denmark. She started her film career
at the age of 12 starring in low-budget productions as well as national
commercials before she moved to Melbourne, Australia to pursue
professional acting. In recent years she has worked mainly in
Scandinavia, England and Germany. She is educated in the Meisner
technique and has studied in both Hong Kong, Australia, Germany and
Denmark.
