Neil Baker decided to pursue a screenwriting career in 2008 during a
scriptwriting session at university. His first short film 'Three'
(directed by Darren S. Cook) was entered into the Portobello Film
Festival and was consequently nominated for the Best Comedy (2010),
just missing out on the award. Another of Neil's short scripts also
qualified for the first round of the British Short Screenplay
Competition.
