Kate Scott (née Abdo) will serve as the main host during the live broadcast of the Most Valuable Promotions (Mvp)-Netflix event, with former world champion Andre Ward serving as lead booth analyst. The ringside play-by-play commentary will be led by Mauro Ranallo, with ringside analysis by Roy Jones Jr. and Rosie Perez.

With the win, Paul improved his official boxing record to 7-1. Several of his wins have come against one-time UFC greats, such as Diaz, Tyron Woodley, and Anderson Silva. His only loss came this past February, when fellow influencer Tommy Fury handed him a split decision loss.

If there was any doubt that Paul was ready to move past his biggest in-ring disappointment, he made that intention clear as soon as his fight against Diaz began. In an Instagram video, Fury said he had a bacterial chest infection that lasted four weeks, during which time he'd continued to train. However, a sparring session left him with a broken rib and multiple fractures. "I am asking for a reschedule date, I’m not backing away from this fight," Fury wrote, saying he's hopeful it could happen in the new year.

The fight will still take place on Dec. 18 in Tampa, Florida, with Amanda Serrano facing off against Miriam Gutierrez in the co-main event.

ESPN notes that, in the fourth round, Woodley delivered a massive blow that threw Paul against the ropes -- though the 24-year-old was able to rally, remaining dominant throughout the rest of the bout.

Boxing analysis website Compubox said that Paul landed 71 punches compared with 52 for Woodley.

The 190-pound match is slated for Aug. 28, ESPN reports, and a location will be locked down shortly. The pro match will take place with 10-ounce gloves, and will air on Showtime as a pay-per-view event, with fans also expected to be able to attend Irl.

Woodley is a teammate and friend of Ben Askren, the former UFC fighter that Paul knocked out at his last match in April -- where Woodley was also in attendance. As a matter of fact, Woodley and Paul got into a verbal altercation before that fight in the locker room, which foreshadowed their showdown.

Logan Paul says Dana White needs to "get his head out of his ass" and sign him to a Ufc fight already -- because it's easy money for everyone involved.  Remember, Paul fought YouTube star Ksi in a boxing match earlier this year -- and got real praise from real Ufc stars including Tyron Woodley and Ufc color commentator Joe Rogan.  Paul had said he wants a Ufc fight next, but White shot him down...

Floyd Mayweather has signed a deal to fight on New Year's Eve in Japan -- and it might be an Mma match -- but, it ain't against Conor McGregor or Khabib Nurmagomedov. Just like TMZ Sports told you would happen ... the 41-year-old boxing superstar announced he'll be fighting at Rizin 14 on Dec 31, against an undefeated 20-year-old kickboxer named Tenshin Nasukawa. We broke the story ... Floyd was in talks to get a fight done in Asia back in September.

Dana White tells TMZ Sports ... if Floyd Mayweather is serious about fighting Khabib Nurmagomedov, it ain't gonna be a boxing match -- it's the Octagon or nothing!  Floyd has said he's 70% certain the two sides will get a deal done to box -- he expects to make a 9-figure Check if it comes to fruition.  But, when we saw Dana at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills over the weekend, he had an ultimatum for Floyd.
