Maneesh Sasikumar was born and raised in Brooklyn New York where at young age he found himself Inspired by art, music, dance and acting. He moved to LA in 2009 to study acting for film and received his Associated in Fine Arts from a 2 year Acting Conservator. Soon after he discovered the Ivana Chubbuck studio and became a student of this technique. In 2015 Maneesh moved to NYC to continue his studies in the world of theater. He immediately booked a lead role in "Animals out of Paper" by playwright Rajiv Joseph. After seeing Maneesh's portrayal of "Suresh" the troubled and emotionally conflicted youth, Rajiv Joseph raved that Maneesh Sasikumar was the best he's ever seen in the role. In 2015 Maneesh studied with the talented and inspirational Bernard Hiller and top casting director April Webster at an NYC Intensive program. Maneesh finds continued success as he furthers his career through a positive, professional attitude and focused work ethic. Maneesh Sasikumar can be described as the "street wise rebel that makes you want to dance!"
