Auroshikha Dey is an internationally recognized Indian actress whose latest film "The Shameless" (2024) made its world premiere at the 77th Cannes Film Festival in the prestigious Un Certain Regard section, marking a significant milestone in Indian cinema. Her rising global presence was previously established through her groundbreaking performance in "Lomad," the world's first black-and-white feature film shot entirely in one take, which earned her the Best Actress Jury Award at the Vesuvius International Film Festival.

Born into a military family, Dey's formative years were shaped by her father's service in the Indian Army, exposing her to diverse cultures and perspectives across the country.
