Growing up he was involved in street trading in Dublin's inner city, a 120 year family heritage to live up to, no small feat. It was there he honed his people skills and his love of leaving every customer with a lasting smile, plus adapting to an ever evolving environment.
From there on, his talents were soon spotted, he got picked up to star in a Lance Daly drama in 2008 called ' Kisses ', where it picked up the Independent Spirit Award for Best International Film that year. At this time Michael was also involved in amateur boxing to great success, picking up several titles along the way for St. Matthews boxing club in Dublin.
Michael is also multilingual, shortly after leaving school he lived and worked in Spain, still keeping in shape as a boxer. When he got back to Ireland he was involved in horse and pigeon racing at a professional level.
In 2019 he trained professionally at the renowned Gaiety School Of Acting in Dublin, keeping his acting skills sharp. Recently he was invited to appear in two T.V. shows, one a reality show for Virgin Media, and the other, a crime show, for Irish broadcaster RTE.
