Nikki Milovanovic is a dual citizen of Canada and Britain who studied at Unionville High School's Arts York Drama program before signing to Warner Music Canada. As Nikki Awesome, she fronted the Canadian electro pop group The Royal Society, and released two singles charting nationally in the Top 10 and Top 20 respectively; and performed the lead role in the indie film trilogy Period Drama.
After moving to London, UK in 2010, the artist relaunched as an independent music producer and performer using the stage name DOLLS, and has to date released 2 albums and 4 singles. Her solo work and collaborations have been well-received, and notably used internationally to promote Rimmel London's Moisture Wear Lipstick campaign; and to soundtrack for Atsuko Hirayanagi's award winning short film Oh Lucy! Milovanovic returned to acting professionally in 2022.
